개인정보처리방침

주식회사 너울소프트(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 서비스 "펠로우"(이하 "서비스")에서 이용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기되는지를 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

  • 회원 식별·가입 의사 확인·본인 인증 등 회원 관리
  • 서비스 제공(미디어 아카이브, 건강·일정 기록, 광장, 츄르 및 몰)
  • 결제·환불 처리 및 유료 서비스 이용 관리
  • 알림·공지 발송, 고객 문의 대응
  • 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 안정성 확보, 통계 분석 및 서비스 개선

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

  1. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시까지 보유·이용하며, 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기함을 원칙으로 합니다.
  2. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.

6. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 행사 방법

  1. 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이용자는 설정 > 계정 정보에서 직접 정보를 변경하거나, 설정 > 회원 탈퇴를 통해 계정 및 개인정보의 삭제(탈퇴)를 직접 처리할 수 있습니다.
  3. 기타 권리 행사는 support@nskit.io로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

  1. 회사는 개인정보 보유기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
  2. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 출력물 등은 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

  • 비밀번호 등 중요 정보의 암호화 저장 및 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
  • 개인정보 접근 권한의 최소화 및 접근 통제
  • 침입 방지 및 접속 기록의 관리

9. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

회사는 원칙적으로 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 허용하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의를 받는 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

3. Retention & Use Period

  1. The Company retains personal information until membership withdrawal or fulfillment of the purpose, and destroys it without delay upon withdrawal.
  2. However, where retention is required by law, it is kept for the periods below.

6. Your Rights & How to Exercise Them

  1. You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
  2. You can change your info directly in Settings > Account, or delete your account and personal information via Settings > Withdraw.
  3. Other requests may be sent to support@nskit.io, and the Company will act without delay.

7. Destruction Procedure & Method

  1. The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period elapses or the purpose is achieved.
  2. Electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

8. Security Measures

  • Encryption of important data such as passwords, and transport encryption (HTTPS)
  • Minimization of access rights and access control
  • Intrusion prevention and access-log management

9. Children Under 14

The Company does not, in principle, allow sign-up by children under 14, and complies with applicable law (including obtaining legal guardian consent) if such information is collected.
